What size tumblers do you offer?

At this time, we offer 20oz stainless steel tumblers.

How do I place a custom tumbler order?

For customizable orders, please click the Contact tab and send us what you’re looking for (name, theme, colors, and any images/logos). We’ll confirm the details and send a proof for approval before engraving.

Do I need my own design?

No. If you don’t have a design ready, we can help create one—just tell us your idea.

What files do you accept for logos/photos?

We accept PNG and JPEG files. If you’re not sure what you have, send it anyway and we’ll tell you what works best.

Can you engrave photos?

Yes—photo engraving is available. For the best results, we may recommend certain tumbler colors depending on your image.

Will the engraving fade, peel, or wash off?

Never. Our laser engraving is permanent—it’s etched directly into the metal itself (not vinyl, not paint).

Turnaround Time

How fast can I get my order?

Most orders are completed and shipped within 3–5 business days. Custom or bulk orders with multiple designs may take a bit longer, and we’ll keep you updated every step of the way.

Jewelry (Materials + Care)

What is your jewelry made of? Will it turn my skin green?

Our metal jewelry is made with 18K Gold PVD coating over 316L surgical-grade stainless steel. It’s hypoallergenic, tarnish-resistant, and will not turn your skin green.

Is your jewelry waterproof? Can I wear it in the shower or ocean?

Yes—our stainless steel jewelry is made to be water/ocean safe for everyday wear.

Do you ship nationwide?

Yes— we ship nationwide.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes—international shipping is available. Shipping rates and delivery times are shown at checkout and vary by destination.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Yes—expedited shipping is available at checkout (when eligible). Expedited shipping affects transit time after your order ships.

Does expedited shipping make my order get made faster?

Expedited shipping speeds up delivery time, but production time still applies. Most orders are completed and shipped within 3–5 business days (custom/bulk orders may take longer).

Returns & Replacements

What is your return policy?

Custom/personalized items are final sale due to their personalized nature.
Non-personalized items can be returned within 14 days if unused and in original packaging.
We offer free replacements for manufacturer defects, engraving errors, or shipping damage—just contact us within 7 days of delivery.
